The second podcast network I started was Recorded History. Â I studied history in college, and I’ve always been a love of history, making the topic a natural next step from basketball.
A fun aspect Recorded History branding is the record player you can see in the corner of many of your favorite history podcasts – this is an indicator that the podcast was produced by the Recorded History team!
Among the network’s most popular and award winning shows are Laszlo Montgomery’s China History Podcast, Ray Harris Jr.’s History of WWII podcast, and The Age of Napoleon.
This is a custom heading element.
I’ve spent many hours listening to history podcasts. It’s easily my favourite genre of podcasting, and I think the medium has a real value in educating people on all manner of historical topics. That said, there are a lot of shows out there, covering all kinds of subjects, and they can vary wildly in quality. Whether its their quality of research, production value, or entertainment, these are some of the podcasts that come to mind.
